Is Red Meat Causing Cancer, Heart Disease and Global Warming?
Let's talk Red Meat.
Red Meat is the most vilified food on the planet - Health Authorities such as WHO (Who are paid off by Paedophilic Imperialists who claim to be ''Philanthropists'') claim that Red Meat causes climate change, cancer and cholesterol issues.

Cancer is a metabolic disease. It is NOT genetic in most cases. Genetics does play a small role, but like most diseases of the Civilized, it is the Modern Lifestyle that pulls the trigger.
Cancer cells NORMALLY pop up in our body from time to time, but if we have a good immunity, the NK (Natural Killer) cells will destroy them before we even know it.
Dr Zsofia Clemens uses the PKD (Paleo-Ketogenic) Diet to help people cure themselves of serious autoimmune diseases and cancer too.. I recommend this kind of a diet for cancer patients that I have bene working with. I have also delved into the Integrative Oncology world, so here are some recommendations and resources for cancer:

MY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE IN PRIVATE PRACTISE + PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
I have had a great success in my private practise treating a variety of diseases from autoimmune diseases, gut issues, and chronic inflammatory diseases using diets such as Paleo, AIP, Keto, and low carb.. Ultimately I follow a 85% Paleo/low carb diet, and 10% Weston A Price (organic dairy, properly prepared, soaked and fermented grains and legumes), and 5% no rules. This works well for me, and I have found alternatives to most of the foods I love. I am now able to eat everything.
I recognize that one size does not fit all, and that different diets may work for different people. Which is why I follow vegans, fruitarians and all sorts of people on social media. After looking at all of these diets, my scientific intuition, and experience tells me that paleo/PKD is probably the most ancestrally appropriate diet.
Since there is so much overwhelming real-life experience of the healing power of red meat (including my own), I am not convinced that red meat is bad for health, or the environment. Here is what I have reversed using a red-meat based diet:
- IBS (Made me very depressed)
- Chronic constipation and fissures
- Endometriosis (I almost died from Endometriosis, was extremely suicidal)
- Hypothyroidism (completely normalised my TSH)
- Binge Eating Disorder (This was a sign of nutrient deficient diet, but this ruined a good 10 years of my life)
- Weight loss and fluctuations

RED MEAT AND CLIMATE CHANGE
I was recently reading a book called Regenesis by Mr George Monbiot - A Leftist Environmental and Political Activist. In the first bits of the book, he points out everything that is wrong with modern industrial agriculture, which I whole-heartedly agree with. But, the man has no idea about diet, nutrition, and health, and still seems to think that the solutions for the Global Ecological Crises lies within the Anthropocentric Western Civilization. He clearly craves meat, and expects that 'Scientists' will create fake meat in a lab that will mimic Iberic Ham. I suspect he's B12 and Zinc deficient .. (As an ex-vegan I totally relate to that)
I think the solution to the current global crisis requires decolonization, re-indigenization of ourselves, and rejecting the Western World View.
It would mean giving back to our local communities, bringing back ritual, and loving others despite our differences. It would mean decolonizing our world view, and start seeing the Earth for what it really is - a beaming, buzzing magical place.
In the Pocahontas song Colours of The Wind, she sings 'I know every rock and tree and creature has a life, has a spirit has a name' - we must embody that, and live that reality.
The Earth is our Mother, we must surrender to her.
Connect with our ancestors and ancestral food.
We cannot trust Billionaires and Capitalists to solve problems that have deliberately been created by them..
We must be the change we wish to see in the world - I think we must bring back small self-sufficient village communities, autonomy, and tribal ways of life. Centralised systems must be broken.
Red meat will solve a lot of problems - one cow feeds 900+ people.
It is the most nutrient dense food on the planet.
No fertilizers, pesticides.
Cows grazing on pasture means that more carbon will be sequestered into the soil.
Healthy soil = Healthy planet = Healthy Humans.
Humans are NOT seperate from Nature.
RED MEAT AND CHOLESTEROL:
Cholesterol and LDL are not bad for health, I have written many many articles, books and videos about this. Please see my blog, sub stack and YouTube.
But here are some Scientists in that space that I respect:
